sigh i have to clear my room soon.
its really in a bad shape:/
and training SUCKED today alright
we did abit of weights and we did stuff that sucked
like stepping up and down a chair continuousky without changing feet
and supporting the body with our hands on the floor
and legs on the chair
it was sucky laa
but i guess compared to the other times,
it wasnt THAT bad
haha
but it still is bad
considering some of us did frog jump on monday
and couldnt walk properly even
and i'm not exaggerating!
oh and we attached sandbags sort of thing to our ankle there and had to traing with it on
that was tiring man
and the thing was soooo dirty
like cos i pulled my socks higher cos the thing was really dirty
and then my VERY white socks became GREYISH sort of colour
how dirty is that laa
i bet the sch didnt even wash it ONCE ever since they bought it
YUCKKS
and then after you take it out can see like one patch black then the pther parts all clean :/
so bored.
i want to be the first to wish cassandra happy birthday ober msn!!
