| training. was. tiring:/ |
training was indeed tiring today. but somehow, i don't feel very exhausted. i mean i DID, but not after. :D coach served shuttles to us. singles. four sets. so SMART of her-.-"
and after that, we were supposed to play games but i wasnt feeling well so she let me rest:D
then we did err. ban4 dun1 and after every one minute then run three times to and fro. 4 sets
after that was using our hands to support our body when our legs is on top of a chair. not supposed to even touch it other then the toes. -.-" it was horrible i tell you:/
my mom just asked me to help her put the bedsheet covers, but i was too busy watching tv. *guilty smile*
there's CPR workshop tomorrow. hmm... wonder what its like to save a person:D
i'm so bored. now, i'm going to play the game violet challenged me to. but i don't even know how to play so i shal, check it out first:D
